Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items not returned in their original condition.
